The customer's own message
Based on our motto People - Care - Security for over 60 years, together with our customers, we have been building a future in which security and safety are central. Essential for both clients and employees within care environments.
This security extends beyond the visible primary process. Because how secure is data actually stored by us? As an organisation, do we have the right measures in place and work processes designed to ensure information security?
The answer to the above question is very clear to our director Frans Luiten; "Information security within our organisation is of great importance. After all, we work for healthcare organisations in which privacy, data protection and information security is essential. So naturally, they should then expect the same from their partner."
De Heer Medicom therefore committed to obtaining both leading certificates by thoroughly reviewing the entire company and improving processes where necessary. "It was an intensive project to correctly draw up and safeguard the information security policy within our organisation," says our product manager Martijn Goossens. "It is a continuous process that requires alertness of all our employees on compliance and further optimisation."
We are proud to have obtained ISO27001 and NEN7510 certification and see this as the quality standard, for now and in the future! Healthcare organisations can select their partners with care through this certification.
