LIVEOP is a software platform providing digital solutions for information provision and operational cooperation within the public safety sector. It develops applications for emergency services, such as ambulance services and safety regions, focused on navigation (LIVENAV), incident management (LIVEOP X) and the coordination of large-scale events (LIVEEVENTS). The system facilitates real-time data exchange between control rooms and units in the field to support decision-making during crises and daily operations.
It was a nice and special audit to assess the joint management system properly and carefully. How important it is that such an organisation is aware of cyber risks and handles them with care.
