On 14 February, DigiTrust, was proud to present the ISO27001 certificate to the Province of North Brabant. DigiTrust has extensively audited the information security management system with 2 lead auditors on the ISO27001 which includes the BIO requirements. Here, the certificate is officially handed over to the Queen's Commissioner Wim van de Donk, CEO Marcel van Bijnen and CISO Peter van den Boogaard. By 2020, all government organisations must be able to give their first account of the extent to which they comply with the BIO (Baseline Information Security Government). The Province of Noord-Brabant is the first province in the Netherlands that can now formally demonstrate this. A result all employees can be proud of.
