What is the CCV Quality Mark Awareness Training?
More and more organisations are investing in the digital resilience of their employees. Awareness about information security is an important topic in this regard and also an important part of NIS2 / CBW compliance.

What is the CCV?
The Centre for Crime Prevention and Safety (CCV) is an independent foundation that, among other things, develops and manages certification schemes. These schemes provide tools to meet requirements around safety, prevention and security. The CCV works together with governments, the business community and certifying institutions.
Purpose of certification scheme Awareness
The Awareness certification scheme was developed for awareness training providers and sets requirements for both internal processes and the quality of the training delivered.
The hallmark focuses on several aspects of service delivery, including:

- Transparent communication about the options available and the approach taken.
- Clear reports on training content, execution and results.

Certification levels
Providers can be certified at two levels:
- Level 1 - To provide separate, stand-alone training sessions.
- Level 2 - To provide comprehensive and aligned training programmes.
How does certification work?
The audit is carried out by an accredited certifying body such as DigiTrust. During the audit We assess whether you meet the requirements set out in the CCV Awareness schedule. A successful audit results in a certificate that 3 valid for one year. In the second and third year findand a control audits place.
What is DigiTrust's role?
DigiTrust is an independent and objective certifying body. We conduct audits based on the CCV Awareness certification scheme, without being involved in the content or delivery of training. As a result, our assessment remains completely impartial.
Upon completion of the audit, you will receive a report with findings and any areas for improvement.
