By communicating this clearly, you immediately show that the processes within the organisation are structured.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Define the context<\/strong><br \/>Define the context of the organisation and make sure it is in line with the strategic objectives and business processes. This is an important part within certification for ISO 9001<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Draw up a plan<\/strong><br \/>Create a project plan or an implementation plan. In it, it is important to secure what people, resources and methods are needed to achieve the set goals.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Do a GAP analysis<\/strong><br \/>Do a GAP analysis or baseline measurement to determine what needs to be done to get from the current situation to the desired situation. In practice, you often find that you have already set up all sorts of things. The important thing here is that it becomes a coherent whole. Performing a baseline measurement will give you a good idea of this.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Start thinking about planning<\/strong><br \/>Think about planning early, so as not to be late in doing so. It involves both implementing the management system and completing it. And applying for certification, to get that going.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Capture processes<\/strong><br \/>Capture the processes that are needed to deliver the products or services. Record them in a quality management system, recognising the opportunities and risks involved.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Do internal audits<\/strong><br \/>Do internal audits to properly establish the effectiveness of the quality management system that way.<\/li><li><strong>Have a management review carried out<\/strong><br \/>Have an executive assessment done, to get a better idea of the effectiveness of the system.
